We delight in sharing our space with our neighbors for all kinds of events, from weddings to parties to board meetings. Currently, our rental rates are as follows:
Wedding Ceremony Fees
Member of Beacon:
Sanctuary Rental (seats 120): Waived
Officiant Fee: $250
Wedding Coordinator Fee: $150
Custodian Fee: $100
Non-Members:
Sanctuary Rental (capacity 100 people): starts at 300
Officiant Fee: $250
Wedding Coordinator Fee: $150
Custodian Fee: (included in Sanctuary Rental cost)
Small Group Meetings (AA, DAR, etc.)
$25 per one-hour meeting
Other events, Birthday Parties, Showers, or Memorial Receptions
$75 for three hours in the sanctuary and/or yard for members, starting at $200 for three hours in the sanctuary and/or yard for non-members
Concerts/Awards Ceremonies
$200 for one event in the Sanctuary, total 3 hours, subject to review of the Session. Yard use is subject to time of day and availability, an additional $100. For shows on a budget, email us with information about your event.
Formal Dinner/Wedding Reception
starts at $300 for three hours in the Sanctuary (capacity 100 people)
